The challenge

What we did
We did a full historical cleanup going back 14 months, identified the source of the discrepancy (a vendor double-billing issue), corrected the chart of accounts, and implemented a monthly close process that gave them P&L and balance sheet within 5 days of month end. We then built a cash flow dashboard that showed exactly where margin was leaking.
